He is a leading  consultant engaged with a Telecom Company for their various projects. He is an MBA in Finance with a Bachelors in Physics, holding 8 years of hands on Industry experience cutting across Financial services, Production and telecom industry verticles. He is a thought leader in Financial aspects of enterprise application, interplay of ORACLE databases with telecom networks,and will guide our open source project on Trading platform server platform infrastructure (being developed in C on Linux) (for stock exchanges). He also offer free classes on  FIX protocol development, Database internals, Scalable, in-memory database kernels for Telecom networks and related data center technologies, to our community members who are specialized in Middle-ware development of platform software around storage enginers/transaction processors for Financial institutions.He presently lives in Johannesburg, South Africa. Eldo T (Co-founder NetDiox Computing systems.)

Eldo has over 10+ yrs of experience around internet technologies, Java clustering, EJB, Web services security, L7 load balancers, Java virtual machines and HPC computing for highly transactional web servers. In the  past he worked for companies like HCL, InfoSys, and a couple of Mission critical projects in the US. He currently  lives in Seattle,US and offer classes over phone. He is also the project lead for all of SOA/WebServices projects at Sciendix (parent company of NetDiox).. He  guide a small team that is developing  SOA security stack.  Eldo is an MSc Maths, (MG University rank holder). His future interests include application security for cloud computing, middleware for Application servers and Java technologies for distributed systems.

Renitha Peter (Co-founder, NetDiox computing systems)
She is a B.Tech from Govt.Engineering college, Thrissur, Kerala and has overall 6 yrs Industry experience. She is very experienced in Object oriented technologies.Her current interests include cloud computing, SOA and Web services. She guides Project topics on MySQL, Java technologies and OOA/D.
 

Shiva Thirumazhusai  - Principal Advisor and chief strategist ,R&Dprojects & University/Academic relations.

Mr. Shiva is a technology veteran,  having worked on multiple domains with over 18+ years of experience. He has been working on product development in the areas that spans around distributed systems/middle-ware , transport layer protocols, internet, mobile software technologies since 1991. He started his career at  Polaris(Then known as Nucleus software) software on 1991 and  moved to US on  He has been working for  NetScape, ( now part of AOL ) as an architect  for for than last 12 years . He is a thought leader around web, cloud computing,  SaaS, Mobile client access technologies and has seen the evolution of computing through multiple generations, and  is passionate about giving technical talks to curious minds and he is a frequent speaker at various conferences, and give talks at various universities/institutions when ever he comes to India. In his spare time, he keeps himself busy   guiding/mentoring emerging computer scientists remotely. He  helps NetDiox with directions, new  academic R&D initiatives, and help netdiox build long term relation ships with top schools in in India and US. He also offers free technical talks to NetDiox community members.  He holds a Masters degree in computer science and applications from Madras university computer science department.(1988 – 91) and Bachelors in Mathematics from Govt.Arts college, Madras.
